Why should you use us for your cleaning needs? We maintain high standards of cleaning  We use only approved cleaning products to ensure the highest level of cleaning performance.

You get a nine step cleaning.

Step 1: PRE-INSPECTION is conducted alongside of you to ensure all of your needs are met and you get what you pay for.

Step 2: SPOT AND STAIN REMOVAL is offered to remove those unsightly areas.

Some carpets are damaged severely from pet urine stains and odor. These stains and odor are usually removable! We offer a special process for effective pet odor and stain removal!

Step 3: PRE-SPRAY SOLUTION (Pre-conditioning your carpet) loosen and suspend the greasy and oily soils that adhere to your carpet fibers. These are the soils that vacuuming does not remove. Such soils exist everywhere, but are more noticeable, due to their concentration, in high traffic areas, such as just inside doorways, in hallways, in front of furniture, etc.

These soils often are tracked in from asphalt, automotive oil in driveways and parking lots. In addition, many food and beverage spills fall in this category.

To allow the pre-spray to do its job, it should be allowed to dwell for 10 to 15 minutes to loosen and emulsify the soil. The process is similar to soaking dishes before washing them, in order to allow dried food to loosen.

If you have known chemical allergies please let us know when we book your appointment.  We can utilize a special group of products that are hypoallergenic. We can also clean with clear hot water to remove soil.

Step 4: CARPET AGGITATION offers spectacular results! This helps to work the pre-spray into the carpet freeing up the soil that needs to be removed.

Step 5: EXTRACTION RINSE is the process of spraying hot water into the carpet then extracting the dirty water, leaving your carpet residue-free, fresh, and fluffy. And we include DEODORIZER at NO EXTRA CHARGE.  Extraction is where the "rubber meets the road" (or, in this case, where the water meets the carpet).

The more soil and chemical residue left in the carpet the faster the carpet will re-soil.

The reason is that dust, dirt and other matter are attracted to residue like a magnet and adhere to it, quickly building up to re-soil the carpet.

If carpet starts to look dingy just a week or so after cleaning, it is likely that a considerable amount of soil-attracting residue was left in the carpet during the extraction process.

Lower quality chemicals also contribute to increased residue levels, another good reason to use an extractor with a higher Impact Rate and better flushing action to remove as much of that residue as possible.

Step 6: ULTIMATE CARPET PROTECTION (optional) dramatically enhances your carpet’s ability to resist staining, soiling, and abrasion. Vacuums & spot cleans much easier and the carpet cleans up better the next time you require service. Your carpets will stay cleaner…longer!

Most carpets have a stain/soil protection product applied at the mill. However these protective coatings wear off and are cleaned off over the years and should be re-applied periodically to keep the protection level in tact.

Never have your carpets cleaned without requesting protector. It’s cheap insurance against spills, spots, & stains. In fact, we cannot truly warranty our cleaning over time without the application of our protective finish. It also can be applied to your upholstery.

Step 7: DRYING as soon as possible is needed for many reasons...

When carpet takes too long to dry in a warm and humid environment, the possibility of mold and mildew growth becomes a concern.

The less moisture left in the carpet, the more quickly it will dry. Unfortunately, most extractor machines do not have vacuum systems that are strong or efficient enough to promote quick drying. This is primarily due to the distance the air and water must travel from the carpet to the recovery tank.

We double back over the carpet to remove as much moisture as possible.

Step 8: FINAL GROOMING to restore  your carpet’s pile to enhance drying, to work the protector into the fiber (if applicable), and to remove machine marks. This service is included with every carpet cleaning service.

Step 9: APPLICATION OF ADDITIONAL ODOR REMOVAL (optional) is available which can help eliminate the bacteria causing the problem.

We supply all your carpet cleaning needs at reasonable rates.   There are no hidden costs. Use the charts supplied to find your cost. Ensure you know what your total cost will be. Don't be fooled by those bait and switch tactics that some companies will offer where you are quoted one price and once they arrive in your home you end up with a different price. These are commonly used and can be usually identified by those that offer cleaning specials at an extremely low price. Once they show up they then add on all the extras. Chucks Carpet Cleaning does not do this. That is why we publish our prices and you will note that they are realistic and fair prices. Our prices are complete and we are not going to surprise you when we get there with increased costs. We have NO hidden charges! You can calculate the cost and decide exactly what you want getting the quality service you paid for.

HOW TO FIGURE YOUR CLEANING COST: We price our services based on the number of square feet to be cleaned. To calculate the total number of square feet in a room, measure the length (in feet) and multiply by the width. Add the total square foot amount of each room to be cleaned…to get the total number of square feet. For example if a room is 10 feet by 12 feet you would have a total of 120 square feet. We publish our price list so you know exactly what to expect before we arrive. No surprises!

We provide you with the ability to calculate what your cost will be BEFORE we come to your home. Another reason why you’ll like us best! NO HIDDEN COSTS OR SURPRISES!

All prices subject to change. Please ensure you know your total cost by looking on our price list.

At Chuck's Carpet Cleaning we are constantly seeking new training to ensure your carpets and upholstery are cleaned using up to date standards. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. You can count on us to provide a clean, healthy home environment for you and your fa

There's no doubt that regular, professional cleanings benefit both you and your carpet. Removing unwanted contaminates from your carpet promotes a healthier indoor environment. Properly maintaining your carpet prolongs its useful life. We can help you determine how often you should clean your carpets during your cleaning visit. Here are a few tips.

Clean your carpet sooner rather than later. Soil buried in your carpet acts like an abrasive, accelerating the wear of face yarns, and soils are much harder to remove when they've been ground in over an extended period of time.

Vacuum regularly, especially in front of exterior doors where soils can accumulate.

Clean up spills when they happen.

Use products intended for use on carpets only. Try water or carbonated water first. If the spot remains use a non-residual product such as “Spotter Blotter”.

Properly performed cleaning, even frequent cleaning, does not damage your carpet nor will it cause your carpet to soil more quickly.

ALWAYS consult a professional if you have questions about the care of your carpets.
