These are commonly used and can be usually identified by those that offer cleaning specials at an extreamly low price. Once they show up they then add on all the extras. Ask yourself this question. How can a company travel to your home and clean 5 rooms of carpet for $59.00, pay all of it's expenses and make a profit to stay in bussiness. The answer of course is that it can't. That is why we publish our prices and you will note that they are realistic and fair prices.

Due to the current economic times and the hardships we know many are going through we are currently cutting our cleaning prices. Our new cleaning costs to our customers will now be reduced to $.20 per square foot.
CARPETS
We have two basic plans for carpet cleaning.
PLAN 1 includes basic cleaning and cost $0.25 $0.20 per square foot.
PLAN 2 includes basic cleaning at $0.25 $0.20 per square foot as well as the application of carpet protectant at an additional $0.15 per square foot.
STEPS
We charge $50.00 to clean a normal set of steps. When cleaning we take care of the tread and the riser as well.
ROUTINE SPOT AND STAIN REMOVAL ARE INCLUDED IN THIS PRICE.
Odor remover is also available for an additional $0.10 per square foot.
PET STAINS a problem! We can also take care of them for a nominal fee.

TILE & GROUT
We charge $1.00 a square foot to clean tile and grout. There is a minimum of $50.00 for this service. Please remember that our overall minimum cleaning fee is $125.00.

DETAILED PRICING
HOW TO FIGURE YOUR CLEANING COST: We price our services based on the number of square feet to be cleaned. To calculate the total number of square feet in a room, measure the length (in feet) and multiply by the width. Add the total square foot amount of each room to be cleaned…to get the total number of square feet. For example if a room is 10 feet by 12 feet you would have a total of 120 square feet. We publish our price list so you know exactly what to expect before we arrive. No surprises! J
